There are a lot of tools online to help a home buyer these days. As much as anyone, I love to spend time researching purchases online. But purchasing a home is complicated and the investment will be with you a long time. I found that Ryan was an excellent ally in the shopping process. Ryan stuck with me as I switched focus from a condo downtown to a home in the west metro. He provided excellent insight into neighborhood quirks and trends. He was quick to answer questions. When I wanted to see a home, he arranged a showing in a very timely manner on my schedule. I would close by saying that I always felt like a client who was buying a multi-million dollar home even though my budget was considerably lower.
